Diana Moderator 5.5mm – Air Pressure Suppressor
This moderator is designed for Diana air rifles such as the Chaser, Stormrider, and Bandit. It suppresses the noise generated when air escapes from the barrel. With a 10mm CW thread, this moderator fits specifically on Diana models – not on standard 1/2UNF fittings.
Technical specifications
This moderator is made of aluminium with a black finish. Installation is via 10mm CW thread. This model is suitable for air rifles in 4.5mm/.177 and 5.5mm/.22. We recommend choosing a moderator suitable for at least one caliber larger than the one you are shooting with. This prevents contact between the pellet and the inner wall of the moderator, which could cause damage or deviation.
Application during recreational shooting
This moderator is intended for applications such as recreational shooting at the range or in the garden. Are you using a rifle scope? Make sure to re-zero it with the moderator mounted. A scope zeroed without a moderator will generally shift when you use one.
