AAP01 Aluminium Buffer | CowCow – for your replica

This aluminium buffer is designed to optimise the blowback cycle in your AAP01 pistol. The component replaces the standard buffer and provides a shorter cycle time due to the increased reaction force. This results in a faster reset of the hammer and bolt, which is especially useful during rapid successive shots. The AAP01 buffer upgrade component is used when you want to increase the cycle speed of your GBBP or when you notice that the standard cycle feels too slow during skirmishes.

Technical specifications

The buffer is manufactured from 6061 aluminium with CNC machining for precise dimensions. The component features a rainbow-coloured anodised finish. The package contains two aluminium buffers with different thicknesses, allowing you to adjust the bolt stroke. The weight of the aluminium version provides the increased reaction force required for accelerated operation.

Compatibility and application

This buffer is specifically developed for the Action Army AAP01 GBB pistols. Installation requires disassembly of the upper receiver and replacement of the original buffer. This is an upgrade of normal complexity – basic knowledge of GBBP internals is recommended. The component fits both standard and modified AAP01 builds and is compatible with other CowCow upgrade parts.
