Our experience with the Krait X
What immediately stood out to us with this air rifle is how thoughtfully everything is designed. The AR15-style pistol grip feels familiar, and the side lever next to the trigger makes cocking very natural. The relatively low weight of 3.1 kg surprised us positively – you would expect more from such a powerful air rifle. The external regulator is a truly practical addition: you can adjust the pressure without hassle using the 480 cc carbon cylinder.
Technology and performance
The Krait X operates on compressed air with a maximum fill pressure of 300 bar. The heart of this PCP air rifle is the internal regulator system, supported by a generous 60 cc plenum for stable air distribution. The magazine holds 16 shots in 5.5 mm calibre ready to fire. Use and operation
This air rifle fully adapts to your preferences. The metal stock can be extended to the desired length, and the cheek piece is height adjustable. Particularly convenient: you can mount the cocking lever on either the left or right side, ideal for both left- and right-handed shooters. The safety catch is in a logical position and the Picatinny/Weaver rails provide ample space for your favourite optics.
