Apollo Electronic Sound Suppressors | Olive Green | Savior

The Apollo Electronic Sound Suppressors by Savior are electronic hearing protection that suppresses loud sounds while simultaneously amplifying voices and ambient sounds. With a noise reduction of 24dB and a foldable design, this is a practical choice for airsoft players who want to protect their hearing without losing communication on the field. This airsoft hearing protection combines passive suppression with active sound compression.

Material and Functionality

This hearing protection comes in olive green and features ear cushions with a gel filling made from thermoplastic polyurethane. The headband is fitted with a padded mesh band and an adjustable wire frame, providing a One Size Fits Most fit. When folded, the unit measures 5.5" x 5.5" x 4". The technology consists of two omnidirectional microphones with a stainless steel mesh cover, high dynamic range speakers, and frequency-tuned drivers. It operates on 2x AAA batteries, which are included. Please note: the device is not waterproof and must be kept dry.

Use During Skirmishes

This hearing protection is worn over your ears via the adjustable headband, ensuring the cups fit securely. During skirmishes, the active sound compression allows you to still hear commands from your team and movements from opponents, while loud bangs are suppressed. The foldable design makes it easy to carry and store. In CQB, the amplification of ambient sounds helps to better detect sounds within a space, and during outdoor play it keeps you in contact with your team over greater distances.

Who Is This Hearing Protection Suitable For?

This hearing protection is intended for players who value hearing protection combined with situational awareness, from experienced skirmish players to milsim participants. Also suitable for training and situations where communication is important. Delivery includes an American Flag Patch and a writable ID patch, useful for marking your equipment. Please be aware that the gel material may in rare cases cause an allergic reaction.
