Manufactured to Armscor's exacting technical standards, this pistol features fixed, low-profile sights and a traditional slim design, ideal for quick draw from a holster. The bright nickel finish offers a glossy, durable look, while the smooth wooden grips provide both comfort and style. The 5-inch barrel offers a balanced weight, contributing to the precision and recoil management for which the original 1911 design is renowned. Like all Rock Island 1911s, the GI Standard comes with a factory-tuned trigger pressure of 4 to 6 pounds for an excellent shooting experience right out of the box.
