Turbo Case-Feeder Plate Pistol All Calibers | DAA/Dillon

Discover the DAA Turbo Case-Feeder Plate, an advanced reloading accessory that significantly increases the output speed of your current Dillon case feeder. This plate is designed to handle all pistol calibres, from .380 to .45, so you only need one plate for all your pistol calibres!

Note: For very long turret shells (38SPL and 357), the plate must be raised with a large ring (not included). Not recommended for use with .44MAG.

Improved Efficiency and Faster Output

The DAA Turbo Case-Feeder Plate is much thicker than the original Dillon plate and contains deep feed grooves in each of the 32 output pockets on the plate. These grooves significantly improve the efficiency of picking up sleeves as the plate rotates, allowing more pockets per rotation to output a sleeve. This increases output speed by 30-80% compared to the original plate (the gain in output speed varies by calibre, with the highest gain at 9mm and the lowest at .45).

Better Support and Less Jamming

The thicker design of the plate provides better support to the cartridges as they fall out of the discharge chute, reducing the chance of spinning and possibly jamming in the discharge chute.

Innovative Slip-Coupling Mechanism

The DAA Turbo Case-Feeder Plate incorporates an aluminium slip-coupling assembly in the centre, allowing the disc to slip and preventing the motor from jamming if a jam occurs. Our slip-coupling assembly features a convenient stainless steel D-ring that allows you to easily grip the plate from the centre and lift it off the motor shaft, which is especially useful with a frequently used and dirty plate/case feeder.

Compatibility

With a diameter of 292 mm, the DAA Turbo Case-Feeder Plate fits perfectly in both the original AC Dillon case feeder and the newer Variable Speed DC model. It can also be used in the Mark7 case feeders and the Hornady case feeder. For use in Hornady case feeders, the Dislodge-Wedge is recommended.

DAA Dislodge-Wedge included

Each DAA Turbo Case-Feeder Plate comes with the innovative DAA Dislodge-Wedge for Dillon Variable Speed Casefeeder (also available separately). This wedge replaces the original Dillon wedge in the Variable Speed case feeder, further improving performance. This larger, contoured wedge fits to the base of the plate and eliminates pinching and jamming of sleeves, which occasionally occurs with the original, smaller Dillon wedge.
