Glock's Field Knife 81 was developed in cooperation with the Austrian army for military use. A true all-rounder, this knife can be used for cutting, chopping, digging, prying, opening cans and even as a bottle opener. The blade is made of stainless spring steel with a hardness of 55° Rockwell, with the exact composition being a closely guarded secret. The knife is phosphated black for reflection and rust protection. The sheath and handle are made of virtually unbreakable Glock polymer. Thanks to the simple but effective clip-lock system, the knife is held securely and can be easily released with a thumb release.
