FX DRS Classic Synthetic 600

The FX DRS Classic Synthetic 600 is a powerful compressed air rifle with a traditional look. What immediately stands out is the lack of a visible compressed air reservoir, giving the rifle a sleek and low profile. This innovative design is possible because the air reservoir is integrated into the barrel jacket, giving the rifle a minimalist and streamlined look.

Despite its classic design, the FX DRS Classic Synthetic 600 incorporates the latest technologies in compressed air rifles. The rifle offers various tuning options, such as an externally adjustable regulator and an adjustable hammer spring preload. Here are some key features:

Air reservoir in barrel jacket

The FX DRS Classic Synthetic 600 is FX's first air rifle with an integrated air reservoir in the barrel jacket. This design reduces the overall profile of the rifle, ensuring improved shooting posture and easy transport and storage. The air reservoir has a capacity of 260cc.

Adjustable regulator

The FX DRS Classic Synthetic 600 is equipped with an externally adjustable AMP MkII regulator. This allows you to easily adjust the pressure to the pellet or slug being used, ensuring maximum precision and consistent shot quality.

Adjustable hammer spring

By removing the stock, the spring preload of the hammer spring can be adjusted. More spring preload keeps the valve open longer and allows more air to pass through. Less spring preload ensures a shorter passage time. This provides the opportunity to optimise performance without disruptive overpressure when exiting the barrel.

High Power plenum

The plenum of the FX DRS Classic Synthetic 600 is designed to provide sufficient regulated air for each shot. Larger projectiles, longer barrels and higher velocities require more air. The FX DRS Classic 500 and 600 have an HP plenum, while the FX DRS Classic 700 has an SHP plenum for maximum performance.

Superior STX barrel system

The Superior STX barrel system has a removable liner with smooth traits and fields, ensuring minimal resistance and a good seal around the pellet or slug. Models with an HP plenum and calibre 5.5 or 6.35 have a Dual Hole transfer port, allowing you to choose between pellets or slugs. The barrel has a ½ UNF thread for an optional silencer.

Maintenance-free stock

The FX DRS Classic Synthetic 600 has a maintenance-free synthetic stock with a soft-touch coating, ensuring an excellent grip even in wet conditions. The black stock gives the rifle a modern look.

Adjustable trigger

The trigger of the FX DRS Classic Synthetic 600 is fully adjustable, so you can adjust it to your preference. Both the first and second stages are adjustable, and the trigger blade can be adjusted in distance and height and rotated for perfect ergonomics.

Magazine selection and rails

The FX DRS comes with a mini mag as standard, allowing the scope to be mounted very low. An optional 30 MOA Weaver/Picatinny rail can also be mounted on the 11 mm dovetail rail, available in a low variant for the mini mag and a high variant for a mega mag with more capacity.

Loading and filling

With the magazine in place, you can easily load the FX DRS by pulling back the smooth tension lever on the right side. To replenish the air supply, use the filling opening on the right-hand side, into which you simply insert a filling nipple.

Note: The FX DRS is delivered in an average state of tune, so it is universally usable. The maximum values given are achievable by using the various adjustment options on the air rifle.
