Upon unboxing, the mirror polish immediately stood out – the blade reflects everything perfectly. The weight of 200 grams feels surprisingly light in the hand. The balance is exactly where you would expect it on a dagger-shaped knife.

The 420 stainless steel offers good corrosion resistance and is easy to maintain. The blade length of 18.4 cm with a plain-edge grind cuts smoothly through rope and cardboard. This steel retains its sharpness reasonably well, although it is not the hardest steel on the market.
