H&N Heavy Slug – heavy slug for long-range precision

This H&N Heavy Slug combines a substantial weight of 44 grain with a hollow point design in 6.35mm calibre. The projectile was developed in collaboration with Air Hunter Gerhard and provides the stability you need for consistent shooting at distances from 75 metres. Thanks to the soft lead and the large opening at the tip, you get optimal expansion on impact, making this slug suitable for both precision shooting and rat control.

The heavy 44 grain projectile retains its energy excellently over longer distances and remains stable in its flight path. We find that this slug truly excels in PCP air rifles from 80 joules, where you can still expect reliable groupings at distances up to 100 metres. The hollow point design ensures predictable energy transfer.
