The 3Cr13MoV steel is a Chinese steel type that performs well for its price – it retains its sharpness reasonably well and is corrosion resistant. This pocket knife cuts effortlessly through rope, cardboard, and food. For heavier tasks such as cutting wood, it is less suitable due to the average hardness of the steel.
