Our opinion on this red dot sight

At Shogun, we are positively surprised by the user-friendliness of this Aim-O red dot. Switching between red and green illumination with five brightness levels is intuitive, and the sight remains stable on your rail even during movement. For the price, you get a solid piece of optics that can easily compete with more expensive alternatives.

Technology and optical performance

With a 1x magnification and a 33 mm lens diameter, this sight offers a clear, undistorted image. The field of view of 15.8 metres at 100 metres is spacious enough for dynamic situations. Both the red and green dot are adjustable in five brightness levels, so you always have the right setting for the lighting conditions. The aluminium housing weighs only 115 grams, which is barely noticeable on your replica or air rifle.

This red dot sight operates on a CR2032 battery and is designed for low power consumption. The water-resistant and shock-resistant design means you will enjoy it for years to come. For more technical specifications, please refer to the ‘More information’ tab.

Mounting and compatibility

This optic for airsoft and air rifles comes with a mount for Picatinny and Weaver rails. This is the standard for airsoft replicas and many PCP air rifles – offering secure attachment and wide compatibility. The 20 mm rail mount clicks into place easily and remains firmly attached, even during intensive use.

The sight is supplied complete with mounting, so you can get started straight away. The fixed parallax and unlimited eye relief make it easy to quickly acquire your target, regardless of your shooting position.

Who is this red dot sight intended for?

This versatile sight for air rifles and airsoft is ideal for both beginners and advanced shooters. Thanks to the four different reticle patterns, you can adjust the sight to your personal preference and shooting style. Whether you shoot statically from a fixed position or move dynamically during airsoft simulations, this red dot supports you in fast and accurate aiming. The low weight and compact dimensions make it perfect for those who value mobility.
