Powder flows evenly from the measuring cylinder into the shell, eliminating the risk of "overloading" due to clogging. Thanks to its design, this powder mill can be easily changed from load to load without the need to empty the powder hopper.
The numbered measuring screw serves as a reference for finding a particular charge at a later date, while the precision ground surfaces of the measuring cylinder ensure a perfect fit in the ground main casting.
With standard 7/8"-14 threads and an included standard plate drilled for easy mounting on a bench or under a reloading die retaining ring, the Uniflow Powder Measure is versatile and user-friendly.
Moreover, this powder mill comes with two drop tubes for .22 calibre and above and is fully capable of accurately measuring all three main powder types: spherical, cylindrical and flake.
It is important to note that the Uniflow Powder Measure, like all other powder measures, must be used in conjunction with an accurate powder scale for setting the initial charge and occasionally checking the charge during the run. This powder mill is not suitable for use with black powder.
