Experience & handling – Recon 10" Carbontech

With a length of 78 cm and a weight of 2.5 kg, you have an all-round format that remains highly manoeuvrable both indoors and in the field. The barrel length is 275 mm, providing a good balance between compactness and precision. Thanks to the M-LOK rails and the Weaver/Picatinny top rail, you can easily attach optics, grips and lights. The adjustable stock can be quickly adjusted to your height. Because this is an AEG, everything runs on a battery and you don't need to reload with gas, ensuring consistent performance during long skirmish days. Do bear in mind that the trigger response can sometimes feel slightly less direct than with gas-powered models.

What makes the Recon 10" Carbontech special?

The M4/AR15 platform is renowned for its enormous compatibility with aftermarket parts, making expansion and upgrading straightforward. The body is made of Carbontech™ reinforced technopolymer combined with aluminium components, making this model lighter without compromising on strength. The M-LOK handguard offers plenty of mounting options without unnecessary bulk, and the flip-up sights are handy as a back-up or for quick target acquisition without an optic.

Technology & performance – Recon 10" Carbontech

Under the bonnet you'll find a reinforced Version 2 gearbox with reinforced steel gears and a High Torque motor that delivers immediate power. The precision inner barrel has a diameter of 6.01 mm, contributing to a tight BB trajectory. The magazine capacity is 140 BBs, sufficient for most situations without constantly reloading. You have the choice of semi-automatic and automatic fire, and the Hop-Up is fully adjustable for fine-tuning at range. The battery connector is a Deans/T-Plug and you use an 11.1V LiPo which is placed in the stock. Make sure you always disconnect the battery after use and store it at approximately 50 per cent charge to extend its lifespan. View all details in the specifications tab.
