DonnyFL SUMO 1/2 UNF – Airgun Moderator
This moderator is an accessory for air rifles that reduces the sound when shooting. The SUMO features a 1/2 UNF thread and, with a length of 16 cm, is a medium-sized moderator. The mono-core interior ensures efficient sound suppression without the need for tools for maintenance.
Technical specifications
This moderator is made of aluminium and weighs 159 grams. Installation is via 1/2 UNF with a screw attachment. This model is suitable for air rifles in 5.5 mm/.22, 6.35 mm/.25 and 7.62 mm/.30. We recommend choosing a moderator that is suitable for at least one calibre larger than the one you are shooting with. This prevents contact between the pellet and the inner wall of the moderator, which could cause damage or deviation.
Use during recreational shooting
This moderator is intended for applications such as recreational shooting at the range. Are you using a rifle scope? Make sure to re-zero it with the moderator mounted. A scope zeroed without a moderator will generally shift when you use one.
