During our test at a bushcraft weekend, the fast spring assisted opening immediately stood out. The pakkawood handle felt comfortable, even with wet hands. The balance of this knife is good, although we noticed that the mechanism requires some practice for smooth operation.

The 3Cr13 stainless steel is a basic steel that retains its sharpness reasonably well and is highly corrosion resistant. The drop point blade shape with plain-edge grind cuts effectively through rope, cardboard, and food. For heavier tasks such as working with wood, it is less suitable due to the limited hardness of this steel type.
