Our experience with the AirMaks Krait
The Shogun team was particularly impressed by the low weight – at 2.5 kg, this air rifle feels almost 600 grams lighter than comparable models. The combination of a carbon cylinder (300cc) and aluminium KeyMod handguard results in this weight saving without compromising on strength. The external regulator adjustment is intuitive, and the adjustable side lever is perfectly positioned for quick reloading actions.
Technology and performance
This PCP air rifle operates at a maximum fill pressure of 300 bar and delivers up to 32 joules of power. The 400mm long barrel ensures excellent precision, while the integrated moderator keeps noise levels low. The magazine holds 16 shots in 5.5mm calibre. Use and operation
The adjustable side lever makes reloading smooth – for both left- and right-handed shooters. The anti-double-feed system prevents two pellets from being loaded accidentally. The single-action trigger is externally adjustable for perfect tuning to your preference. This airgun features a reliable safety catch, and the metal stock is fully adjustable: extendable, with adjustable cheek piece and height-adjustable buttpad.
