AirMaks' Krait is a light and comfortable air rifle thanks in part to its ergonomic AR15 grip, an adjustable stock and a height-adjustable cheekpiece. The Krait has a 480cc tank made of carbon. The regulator and valve can be adjusted externally without having to empty the tank first. This makes the Krait ideal for both novice and experienced shooters.

Compact and lightweight

The AirMaks Krait is a compact and lightweight bullpup with an overall length of 605 mm and a weight of only about 2.5 kg. The jacketed barrel with a 1/17 twist ratio has a length of 400 mm and the barrel mouth is equipped with a 1/2x20 UNF thread for an external silencer.

Ergonomic and Flexible Design

The precision-machined metal stock has a height-adjustable cheek rest and a rubber shoulder pad that can be adjusted in both length and height. The excellent ergonomic features are further extended by the anatomically shaped AR-15 grip. Designed for right-handed shooters, the grip has a rubber non-slip surface for safe handling in any situation.

User-friendly Functionalities

The bolt handle has a very smooth action and can be easily attached to the other side, making the air rifle suitable for both left- and right-handed shooters. The magazine has a capacity of sixteen .22 calibre (5.5 mm) pellets and all models in this calibre are also equipped with an anti-double feed system. The two-stage trigger is fully adjustable and the manual safety is located directly above it, which can also be moved to the other side.

Reliability and Performance

The kevlar air bottle has a capacity of 300 cc and a maximum filling pressure of 300 bar. The Power Plenum can hold 600 cc and the rifle comes with an externally adjustable pressure regulator and two pressure gauges. The first gauge is located on the left side of the rifle and shows the current pressure in the Power Plenum, while the other gauge shows the pressure in the air bottle.

Mounting options

The 20 MOA Picatinny rail allows you to mount a rifle scope and on the sides and under the air bottle there are three more Picatinny rails for other tactical accessories. This makes the Krait very versatile and adaptable to your specific needs.
