AKS 74NK | Rifle | AEG | LCT Airsoft
The LCT AKS 74NK is an AEG (automatic electric gun) assault rifle built on the AK74 platform, constructed from a combination of polymer and metal with a striking brown finish. Featuring a folding stock and a full steel receiver, this is a replica that not only looks the part but is also solidly built.
Experience & handling – AKS 74NK | Rifle | AEG | LCT Airsoft
With an overall length of 82.7 cm, the AKS 74NK sits in an all-round format — long enough for outdoor use, yet with the folding stock it reduces to 61.2 cm, making it easy to adapt and manoeuvrable in tight spaces. The weight of 3.4 kg gives the replica a solid, realistic feel in the hand. As an AEG, there is no need to worry about gas or manual cocking during a long skirmish day — simply fit a fresh battery and you are ready to go. Do bear in mind that regular barrel cleaning is essential: a dirty barrel can lead to reduced accuracy, which is the first maintenance point to address with any AEG.
What makes the AKS 74NK | Rifle | AEG | LCT Airsoft special?
LCT is well known for their attention to detail on the AK platform, and it shows. The receiver is full steel, providing a solid foundation for the replica. Internally, you will find a rotary hop-up unit made from POM material for precise backspin adjustment, a brass inner barrel of 365 mm, and a QD spring (Quick Change Spring) allowing you to swap the spring quickly without fully disassembling the gearbox. The replica is also MOSFET-compatible, uses 9 mm bearings, and features steel piston teeth for added durability. The wiring (18AWG front wiring) with a Deans connector is ready for modern LiPo batteries.
