Shotgun Shells | Magnum | Steel T3 | Cal 12 | 76 | 36g | #3 | Clever Mirage – Shotgun Cartridges
These shotgun cartridges from Clever Mirage are developed for waterfowl hunting. The Magnum Steel T3 cartridges contain steel shot in a 12 gauge configuration with a case length of 76mm. With a load of 36 grams and shot size #3, these cartridges are suitable for longer distances during waterfowl hunting.
Technical specifications
The cartridges have a 12 gauge with a 76mm magnum case. The 36 gram steel shot load consists of shot size #3, which corresponds to shot pellets of approximately 3.5mm diameter. The use of steel as shot material complies with legal requirements for hunting in wetland areas where lead shot is prohibited.
Application in hunting
These magnum cartridges are specifically intended for hunting waterfowl such as ducks and geese. The combination of a 36 gram shot load and shot size #3 provides sufficient coverage and penetration at distances up to 40 metres. Steel shot is mandatory when hunting near water and wetlands.
Who are these shotgun cartridges intended for?
These cartridges are suitable for hunters who are active in waterfowl hunting and require magnum performance. They are only available to holders of a valid hunting licence with the appropriate endorsement. Shooters must check whether their firearm is suitable for 76mm magnum cartridges before using this ammunition.
