This hop-up unit is a CNC-machined upgrade for MTW HPA replicas. The chamber replaces your standard hop-up unit and offers more accurate BB guidance through its aluminium construction and precision components. You install this component when you want more consistency in your shots or when your current hop-up unit is worn out. The airsoft hop-up system provides backspin to your BBs, which is essential for range and accuracy during skirmishes.

Technical specifications

The hop-up chamber is made from black anodised aluminium with CNC-machined tolerances. The rotary dial for hop-up adjustment is also made of aluminium, ensuring durable and precise settings. The unit contains a steel pivot pin, aluminium hop-up arm and three different nubs (soft round, soft flat and hard concave) for different bucking configurations. The 2.6mm brass side wings slide into the outer barrel grooves, whilst the Delrin locking clip secures the inner barrel. All necessary springs, O-rings and spacers are included.

Compatibility and application

This hop-up chamber fits specifically on MTW Milspec, Forged, Billet and MTW-9 series with HPA engines. The unit works with the MTW M4 nozzle and accepts standard AEG buckings without FPS loss. The interchangeable inlet adapter ensures correct centring with your engine nozzle. Installation requires technical knowledge of MTW systems - you must be able to disassemble the upper receiver and correctly install hop-up components. This upgrade suits both standard builds and advanced R-hop configurations.
