What we think of this red dot sight
The Shogun team is impressed by the versatility this RAM Tactical offers. Switching between red and green dots works intuitively, and the five brightness levels make this optic for airsoft usable in virtually any lighting condition. The aluminium housing feels solid without the sight becoming too heavy.
Technology and optical performance
With 1x magnification you maintain perfect overview whilst being able to aim quickly. The 30 mm lens diameter provides a clear and wide field of view. This sight has no parallax, which means the dot always remains on target, regardless of your eye position behind the sight.
The housing is made from sturdy aluminium and weighs only 220 grams. The sight runs on a CR2032 battery that lasts a long time. With dimensions of 98 mm length and 65 mm height, it remains compact overall.
Mounting and compatibility
This red dot sight is mounted on a Picatinny rail – this is standard on airsoft replicas and many PCP air rifles. It offers secure attachment and broad compatibility with various platforms.
