Screw-In Spinning Target | 3mm | Double | RAM Tactical

Pin Screw Target | 3mm | Double | RAM Tactical: a compact spinner target for on the go

The Pin Screw Target from RAM is a simple yet effective spinner target that you screw directly into a wooden surface or tree trunk. With two rotating shooting plates on a single axis, you get a satisfying, spinning response with every well-placed hit. Thanks to its striking orange colour, this target is clearly visible both indoors and outdoors, making it a practical choice for recreational shooting.

Construction and operation of this spinner target

This target consists of a central threaded pin and two shooting plates made of 3mm steel. The threaded end screws easily into wood, after which the target is immediately ready for use — no loose stand or mounting required. Upon a successful hit, the plates rotate around the axis, providing both visual and audible feedback. The double plate configuration ensures the target keeps spinning after each hit, supporting the rhythm of repeat shooting. Position it at eye level or slightly lower, in front of a safe backstop or a natural background such as a tree or wooden post.

Application and use of this target

This target is suitable for airsoft BBs and air pressure pellets, making it highly versatile. It is ideal for plinking and repeat shooting at short to medium range. The rotating action makes it particularly well suited for rapid successive shots and building your accuracy. Since the pin is screwed directly into wood, it is intended for use in a fixed outdoor environment or a dedicated shooting setup with a solid surface.

Who is this target suitable for?

Thanks to its light weight and simple screw mounting, this target is especially suitable for beginners and recreational shooters who want to practise without any hassle. No additional accessories are required: the pin immediately serves as the mounting point, making it easy to relocate to a new position. More experienced shooters looking to test their speed and consistency will also benefit from the immediate rotational feedback. It requires virtually no maintenance and can be set up quickly.
