LPA Sights Front & Rear Sight Set with Fibre Optic for Glock 17 to 48

This front & rear sight set from LPA is a precision sighting solution that equips your pistol with a clear, high-contrast sight picture, thanks to fibre optic inserts. Ideal if you want to aim quickly and accurately, without relying on electronics or batteries.

What we think of this front & rear sight set

What struck us immediately upon unboxing and fitting: this simply feels solid. The steel construction gives a sturdy, reliable impression, and the fibre optic inserts pick up ambient light cleanly even in moderate lighting conditions. The red fibre on the front sight and the two green-yellow dots in the rear sight create a comfortable, intuitive sight picture. A small but thoughtful detail: an extra red fibre rod is included, so you won't be left without a replacement in case of wear or damage.

Technology and optical performance

This set combines a front sight with red fibre optic and a rear sight with two green-yellow fibre optic points. The fibre optic technology works entirely passively: the sight picture lights up as soon as ambient light hits the fibres. This means a clear, high-contrast image without batteries, making the set exceptionally low-maintenance and reliable. For daytime and dusk use, this provides a clear advantage when aiming quickly and accurately.

In terms of construction: the colour is black and the material is steel, ensuring good durability and recoil resistance. The rear sight features micrometric elevation adjustment, allowing for precise zeroing. Want to know more about the exact specifications? Have a look at the 'More information' tab.

Fitting and compatibility

This set is designed for Glock models 17 through to 48 (including the X-variants and Optic Ready versions). The front sight is secured via a 9 mm (.360") dovetail insert, ensuring a stable and secure fit in the designated recess. The set also includes a handy fitting tool (the recognisable LPA plate) to get everything properly in place.

Please note: this is a standalone sighting solution, not a universal system. The fit is specifically tailored to the Glock models mentioned, so do check whether your particular variant falls within this range before ordering.

Who is this front & rear sight set intended for?

According to LPA, this set is suitable for sport and hunting, and is a great match for both the experienced sport shooter and the dedicated user looking to replace their standard iron sight with something offering more contrast and speed. If you value a clear sight picture in static shooting configurations, or simply want a reliable, battery-free alternative, this is a logical choice. For beginners, it is an excellent upgrade once you know exactly which Glock model you have.
