Our take on these mounts

At Shogun, we have had an extensive look at these X-Accu rings and what immediately stands out is the finish. The CNC-milled aluminium housing feels tight and precise, there is no play anywhere, and the Torx screws tighten down evenly. Another nice touch: the recommended torque values are engraved directly on the rings themselves, so no more hunting through a manual. For a mount in this price segment, it feels surprisingly premium.

Technical details and optical alignment

The rings have a tube diameter of 30 mm, a total height of 6.1 cm, and weigh just 80 grams combined. They are 5-axis milled from 7075-T6 aluminium, ensuring maximum rigidity and excellent recoil resistance — according to the manufacturer, even up to calibres of .50 BMG. For airsoft, air rifles, or sport shooting, that provides more than sufficient margin.

The finish consists of a 20μm black anodised matte coating, which provides excellent protection against scratches and corrosion. The recommended torque is 2.3–2.8 N·m, and a T15 Torx key is included. Further details on the dimensions can be found under the 'More information' tab.
