Our experience with the Snowpeak M25 package deal
The Shogun team was pleasantly surprised by the solid build quality of the M25. The bolt-action system operates smoothly and quietly, whilst the polymer stock with thumbhole design fits perfectly in the hand. Striking detail: where the specifications mention 6 shots, the magazine actually offers space for 10 pellets - a welcome bonus during longer shooting sessions.
Technology, performance and variants
This air rifle operates with a PCP system that is filled to 250 bar. The M25 has a total length of 120cm with a barrel length of 579mm and is equipped with a 22mm Weaver/Picatinny rail. The bolt-action system loads from a magazine with 10-shot capacity. This model delivers an impressive 41 Joule energy, which translates to superior penetration and precision at long range. The built-in regulator ensures consistent performance throughout the entire fill. Curious about all technical details? You'll find them under the heading 'More information' on this page.
Use and operation
This powerful air rifle feels familiar from the very first moment. The adjustable trigger can be perfectly set to personal preference, whilst the safety catch operates intuitively. The loading mechanism via the bolt operates smoothly and reliably. Important to know: the M25 has no iron sight, making a rifle scope essential. Due to the protruding magazine, high mounts are necessary for proper sight alignment.
