How does buying guns from our webshop work?
When purchasing airguns, airsoft replicas, or firearm-related products, specific legal requirements apply. Below we explain step by step what you need.
Each type of weapon has its own regulations. We carefully verify your details to make sure everything complies with the law. In this FAQ you’ll find exactly what documents are required, how to upload them, and what each order status means.
Airguns
What do you need?
A copy of your ID card or passport.
Why?
We are legally required to verify your age and identity. This ensures safe and responsible sales.
Airsoft replicas
What do you need?
A copy of your ID card or passport.
A copy of your valid NABV (Dutch Airsoft Association) or ACA (Airsoft Combat Association) membership card.
Why?
With the NABV or ACA membership card, we can confirm that you are legally allowed to own and use airsoft replicas. Your age and membership are always checked.
Firearm-related products
What do you need?
A valid hunting license, firearms permit, or official authorization.
Why?
Strict legal requirements apply to firearm-related products. These documents are necessary to ensure safety and legality.
Uploading documents
After placing your order, you will automatically be redirected to a secure page where you can upload your documents.
Can’t provide everything right away? No problem. You’ll receive daily reminder emails for 7 days to complete your details securely.
The uploaded documents are encrypted and automatically deleted after 7 days.
Data verification
Once we have received all your documents, our customer service team carefully reviews them. This is done on working days, Monday through Saturday. If everything is in order, your order will be forwarded to our warehouse for processing.
Order statuses
Identification details required
Description: We are still waiting for your documents. As long as they are not verified, we cannot ship your order.
Pending verification
Description: We have received your documents and are checking them. Once approved, the status will change to ‘Order is being processed’.
Order is being processed
Description: Your documents have been approved and your order is being handled in our warehouse. This takes place Monday through Saturday.
Complete
Description: Your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and tracking link.
Cancelled due to missing documents
Description: Unfortunately, we had to cancel your order because we did not receive the required documents within 7 days. The full amount will be refunded.
