How does buying guns from our webshop work?
You can buy all kinds of guns at Shogun, but each type of gun has its own rules and requirements. Here we explain to you step by step what you need to buy air guns, airsoft guns and firearms products.
Air guns
Airsoft weapons
What do you need?
A copy of your ID.
A copy of your NABV (Dutch Airsoft Belangen Vereniging) pass(Only if delivery address is of the order is in the Netherlands)
Why
Besides your age verification, we need your NABV pass to confirm that you can legally own and use airsoft weapons in the Netherlands.
Firearms products
What do you need
A permit, hunting licence or recognition.
Why?
Firearms products are subject to stricter legal requirements to ensure safety and legality.
Uploading documents
After placing a firearms order through our site, you will be taken to a page where you can upload your details and a copy of the relevant document. This data is stored securely and the copies are deleted from the encrypted server after 7 days.
If you do not have all the documents at that time, we recommend that you fill in as many as possible. You will receive an e-mail every day for 7 days to complete the data in the secure environment.
Verification of data
The data, once fully completed, will be verified by our customer service team. This is done from Monday to Saturday during office hours. Once the details are verified, the order is processed in the warehouse.
Order statuses of weapon products
Legitimation data required
Description: We cannot send your order yet because we still need documents or data from you. The order contains a product for which we need to verify an additional document.
Expected verification data
Description: We have received your documents and will verify them. Our staff will approve them if everything is in order, after which the status changes to 'Order being processed'.
Order being processed
Description: We have received your payment and your order is now a fact. Your order will be processed as soon as possible in our warehouse Monday to Saturday.
Complete
Description: Good news, your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking code.
Cancellation due to missing data (after 7 days of order)
Description: Too bad we have not heard anything and have not received your details, we are going to cancel your order. Our staff will cancel the order because the necessary documents have not been received. You will receive a full credit of the amount paid.
