Shipping costs
We ship via PostNL or DPD. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge via standard PostNL shipping.
For orders under €100, we charge a flat rate of €7.95 for shipping.
Shipping and delivery times
Orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday to Saturday are usually processed and shipped the same working day.
Note: Due to busy periods at PostNL or DPD, your package may sometimes be delivered later than usual. Always use your track & trace code to check the latest status.
Carriers and delivery
Your package will be delivered via PostNL or DPD to the address you provided. Not at home? Then your package is usually taken to a pickup point. Don’t forget to bring your ID when collecting your package!
Important: PostNL does not deliver on Sundays. If you order on Saturday, your package will be delivered on Monday. If you choose DPD and order on Saturday, your package will be shipped on Monday.
Damage to your package?
Did your package arrive damaged? Please report it as soon as possible. Damage to shipments sent via PostNL must be reported within 5 working days of delivery.
After this period, we can no longer process damage claims. If in doubt, contact our customer service immediately.
