Free delivery: Orders over €100 qualify for free shipping in the Netherlands and Belgium, as stated in our current shipping policy. Belgium also has a free PostNL service-point option where offered at checkout.*

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally dispatched within 24 hours after placement. If your order requires ID verification or other eligibility checks, it will be dispatched only after the required information has been received and approved.
Why might my shipping cost differ from the estimate?
The shipping prices in the table are indicative. Larger or heavier products may require different parcel sizes or shipping services, which can affect the rate. Your actual shipping cost is calculated in the checkout based on your order and delivery address.
Which carriers do you use?
For deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium, we use PostNL or UPS. For the other EU destinations listed on this page, shipments are handled by UPS. You will receive a Track & Trace code by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, preferably within five working days, so we can investigate the damage quickly. Include your order number and photos of the parcel and damaged item if available. We will help you find a suitable solution. This requested reporting period does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
My country is not listed. Can I still order?
Please check the available countries and delivery methods during checkout. If your destination is not offered or you need clarification, contact us before placing an order.
