European Delivery Times (Standard Tracked)
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours after placement. Please note that orders requiring ID verification or other legitimacy checks will only be dispatched once these details have been received and approved.
Delivery within the Netherlands and Belgium is handled by PostNL or UPS. Shipments to all other EU countries are sent exclusively via UPS. You will always receive a Track & Trace code once your parcel has been dispatched.

Carriers & Tracking
For deliveries within the Netherlands and Belgium, we ship with PostNL or UPS. For all other EU destinations, we use UPS only.
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
