At Shogun, we provide high-quality products and make sure they are delivered to you with the utmost care. Sometimes you may still want to return a product. Don't worry, we always look for the best solution for you. Below are the rules of our returns policy.

How can I return my product?

You can return your (online) purchase in two ways:

  1. Dropping the product off at our Purmerend branch.
  2. Sending the product by post.

1. Returning to our store

Bring the product to our store in Purmerend. Our shop assistant will register your return immediately and our customer service will handle the rest. We will keep you informed of the status via email.

2. Returns by post

Report your return via our returns portal.

  1. Enter your order number and email address.
  2. Follow the steps for quick processing.
  3. Your return will be assessed and our customer service will contact you.
How can I make use of the right of withdrawal?

Not satisfied with your (online) purchase? No problem. If you want to use your right of withdrawal, please register your return within 14 days of receipt via our returns portal. Follow the steps in the return portal, once your return is accepted the product must be received by us within fourteen days. The cost of returning the product is for your own account. If you return all the products you ordered, we will also credit you for any shipping costs paid. If you do not return the entire order, we will only credit the value of the returned product.

How can I exchange my product?

Would you like to exchange your (online) purchase? You can! You must first return the product and then place a new order.

You can return the product in two ways:

  1. Dropping the product off at our branch.
  2. Register your return via our returns portal, where you can register your return and choose to receive a coupon worth the returned product. You can then redeem this via our webshop.
Can I also return a second chance or demo product?

Yes, second-chance/demo products are also subject to the same conditions as our regular returns policy.

What are the return costs?

The cost of returning your order is at your own expense.

How should I package my return?

Pack your return as follows:

  1. Pack your return as discreetly as possible in the original shipping box or other sturdy packaging.
  2. Stick the shipping label you received via our returns portal on the box.
  3. Tape the shipping box tightly shut.
When will I be refunded?

After receipt of the product and verification by our customer service, you will receive a refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

If the product received is incomplete or damaged, an amount will be deducted from the purchase price. The final amount you receive will be determined based on three factors:

  1. Damage to the product.
  2. Damage to the packaging.
  3. Incomplete return of the product.

Our customer service team will always contact you if this is the case.

What is the status of my return?

You can easily follow the status of your return via our returns portal or via automatic emails. After registering your return, you will have a unique link that allows you to see exactly what the status is and if we have any questions/requests.
