You can return your (online) purchase in two ways:
- Dropping the product off at our Purmerend branch.
- Sending the product by post.
1. Returning to our store
Bring the product to our store in Purmerend. Our shop assistant will register your return immediately and our customer service will handle the rest. We will keep you informed of the status via email.
2. Returns by post
Report your return via our returns portal.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Follow the steps for quick processing.
- Your return will be assessed and our customer service will contact you.
