AirmaksArms 40S Moderator – Air Pressure Suppressor

This suppressor is designed to reduce the sound of your air rifle when shooting. The AirmaksArms 40S features a 1/2" UNF thread and a compact length of 106mm, making it suitable for various air rifles without disturbing the balance.

Technical specifications

This suppressor is made from anodised aluminium with a black finish. Installation is via 1/2" UNF with a threaded connection. This model is suitable for air rifles in calibre .177 (4.5mm), .22 (5.5mm) and .25 (6.35mm). We recommend choosing a suppressor that is suitable for at least one calibre larger than the one you are shooting with. This prevents contact between the pellet and the inner wall of the suppressor, which can cause damage or deviation.

Use during shooting at the range

This suppressor is intended for applications such as shooting at the range or backyard plinking. Are you using a rifle scope? Make sure to re-zero your scope with the suppressor mounted. A scope that has been zeroed without a suppressor will generally deviate when one is used.
