At Shogun, we've tested this air rifle extensively, and what immediately stands out is the clever balance between power and handling. With a weight of 3.3 kg, it feels surprisingly light for such a powerful specimen. The folding stock is a brilliant addition – you reduce the total length from 1210 mm to 963 mm, ideal for transport.
Technology, performance and variants
This PCP air rifle operates with a fill pressure of up to 300 bar and has a large air reservoir of 500 cc. The barrel has a twist rate of 1/17.7, specifically optimised for slugs, with a magazine capacity of 16 shots. This model is available in caliber 5.5mm with 80 joule and caliber 6.35mm with 100 joule. The difference in power makes the 5.5mm variant ideal for precision at medium range, whilst the 6.35mm variant with its higher energy is suitable for maximum impact at longer distances. Use and operation
The operation of this air rifle is surprisingly intuitive. The side lever operates smoothly and can be adjusted for both left and right-handed use. The single-action trigger system is fully adjustable to your preferences. You can also perfectly adjust the cheek piece and stock length to size, whilst the safety catch ensures safe use.
