The Shogun team was immediately impressed by this air rifle. The construction feels solid without becoming unnecessarily heavy, and the folding stock is a practical addition. The shooting behaviour is consistent thanks to the hammerless system – no irritating 'ping' as with many other PCP systems. The red grip sits excellently in the hand during longer shooting sessions.
Technology, performance and variants
This powerful air rifle operates on PCP technology with a maximum fill pressure of 300 bar. All variants have a barrel length of 350mm, are 75.6 cm long and feature a 22mm Picatinny rail and a magazine capacity of 8 shots. The semi-automatic system enables rapid reloading. This model is available in three calibers: 5.5mm (54 joules), 6.35mm (67 joules) and 7.62mm (94 joules). The difference in joules means that with the larger caliber you have more power, whilst the smaller caliber is more suitable for precision shooting at shorter distances.
