ELEY VIP Steel 12/70 32g #4 – Large calibre cartridges
The ELEY VIP Steel cartridges are steel shot cartridges in 12/70 calibre with a load of 32 grams. These large calibre cartridges are specifically developed for use in situations where non-toxic ammunition is required, such as hunting waterfowl in protected nature reserves.
Technical specifications
These shot cartridges contain steel shot in shot size #4. The 12/70 calibre means the cartridges are suitable for shotguns with a 70mm chamber. The 32 gram load ensures an effective shot pattern. The cartridges are equipped with a plastic shot cup that protects the shot during firing.
Application in hunting
These steel cartridges are suitable for hunting waterfowl such as ducks. The use of steel shot is mandatory in many hunting areas due to environmental legislation. The shot size #4 makes this ammunition effective for medium-sized waterfowl at typical hunting distances.
Who are these cartridges intended for?
The ELEY VIP Steel cartridges are intended for hunters active in areas where lead-free ammunition is mandatory. These large calibre cartridges are only available to holders of a valid permit or hunting licence with authorisation for shotguns.
