GG Hydra Mount kit | WADSN – this riser for your airsoft setup

The GG Hydra Mount kit from WADSN is an aluminium riser that elevates your red dot sight to an optical centreline of 2.91 inches. This mount creates extra space between your sight and the rail, allowing you to aim more comfortably when using headsets or gas masks.

Technical specifications

This riser is CNC-machined from matte aluminium and is lightweight for the strength it provides. The universal platform fits any standard Picatinny rail and also features a 22mm Picatinny rail on top for your optics. The mount is compatible with Aimpoint Micro T1/T2 footprints and has a cable management slot at the neck.

Application during CQB and field play

During skirmishes, this riser prevents you from having to tilt your head excessively to look through your sight. On compact replicas where rail space is limited, the elevated position still allows you to mount lights or lasers on the lower rail. The cable slot enables tidy wire management.

Who is this riser suitable for?

CQB players who often use face protection benefit from the extra height. Milsim participants using headsets also profit from the more ergonomic shooting position. The mount fits almost any replica with Picatinny rails.
