Our thoughts on this magnifier

We were particularly impressed by how complete this magnifier arrives out of the box. The included flip-to-side system operates beautifully smoothly: one movement and you swing the optic aside to switch back to 1x aiming. The rubber housing feels robust, and the forgiving eye relief range means you acquire a clear sight picture quickly without having to search for the correct eye position. In short: a genuinely user-friendly addition.

Technical and optical performance of this magnifier

The fixed magnification of 3x combined with a lens diameter of 22 mm gives you a field of view of 7.1° – more than wide enough to locate your target quickly. The lenses are fully multi-coated, ensuring high light transmission and a sharp, clear image in varying lighting conditions. The exceptionally generous eye relief of 80–90 mm makes aligning behind the optic comfortable and fast.

Build quality is excellent: the housing is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminium with a protective layer of armoured rubber, finished in a matte black finish. Mounting and compatibility

This magnifier comes supplied with a flip-to-side quick-release Picatinny mount. Picatinny rail is the standard on airsoft replicas and many PCP air rifles – it provides a secure attachment and broad compatibility. Thanks to the centre height of 40 mm, including the supplied 10 mm riser, it aligns easily with most common red dot configurations.

A nice detail: both the mount and the riser are included in the box. A lens cap, cleaning cloth, and hex keys are also included, so you can get started straight away. There is no need to order anything separately.
