Vector Optics Maverick 1x22 Red Dot Sight in Flat Dark Earth

This red dot sight is a compact and robust aiming device that helps you aim quickly and accurately. With its distinctive Dark Earth colour and sturdy rubber coating, this optic offers a perfect balance between functionality and durability for airsoft or air rifle use.

What we think of this red dot

The Shogun team is impressed by the versatility of this Maverick. The 11 brightness levels make it usable in virtually any lighting condition, whilst the quick-release Picatinny mount ensures lightning-fast swapping between setups. The compact format with 22mm lens diameter is just right for rapid target acquisition without taking up too much of your field of view.

Technology and optical performance

This red dot sight uses a 3 MOA red dot - small enough for precision, but large enough to find quickly. The parallax of less than 3 MOA means your aiming point barely shifts during head movements. With an adjustment range of 60 MOA for both elevation and windage, you can perfectly zero it to your replica.

The housing made of durable rubber (NBR+PVC) withstands temperatures from -55°C to 70°C and meets military standards. The CR2032 battery is conveniently loaded from the side, so you don't need to dismount the optic. With a weight of just 183 grams, your setup remains light and manoeuvrable.

Mounting and compatibility

This red dot is supplied with a quick-detach Picatinny mount - this is the standard for airsoft replicas and many PCP air rifles and offers solid attachment and broad compatibility. The lower 1/3 co-witness design positions the aiming point at 41mm height from the rail, perfect for use with backup iron sights. The package also includes a low Weaver mount for alternative setups.

Who is this red dot sight intended for?

This Maverick is ideal for the airsoft player who wants to switch quickly between targets without compromising on precision. Sport shooters looking for a reliable red dot for their air rifle will also appreciate the rapid target acquisition and clear red dot. The included honeycomb sunshade prevents reflections, whilst the lens cap protects your optic during transport.
