Our experience with the RAM Tactical Maverick
The Shogun team was immediately impressed by the solid feel of this air pistol. The combination of polymer and metal provides excellent balance, whilst the magazine clicks effortlessly into place. The double action trigger system works intuitively and the semi-automatic operation makes plinking sessions extra enjoyable.
Engineering, performance and variants
The Maverick operates on a standard 12 gram CO₂ cartridge and features an 8-shot magazine for rapid shooting sessions. With a power output of 3.0 joules, a barrel length of 150mm and an overall length of 29cm, this compact model delivers surprisingly consistent performance.
