The Lancer Tactical MP40P WWII is an AEG (automatic electric gun) airsoft SMG inspired by the iconic submachine guns of the Second World War. The replica combines a metal upper body and stock with an ABS grip section in a wood-effect finish. With an adjustable hop-up, semi- and fully automatic firing modes, and a weight of 2.97 kg, this model delivers a historical character within an electrically driven platform.
Key Features
The construction consists of a metal upper body and stock, combined with an ABS lower section with a wood-effect finish. The folding metal stock reduces the overall size for transport or storage. The replica features an adjustable hop-up, allowing the trajectory of the BBs to be fine-tuned. The firing system offers a choice of semi-automatic, fully automatic, and safe.
Mechanics and Operation
The MP40P WWII operates on an AEG (automatic electric gun) system and delivers 360 FPS with 0.20g BBs, at a maximum output of 1.2 joule. The included airsoft magazine has a capacity of 60 BBs. The replica uses an 8.4V Ni-MH battery with a Mini Tamiya connector. The battery is not included. The safety is located beneath the pistol grip. A sling, cleaning rod, manual, and a starter set of BBs are included.
Practical Features
With a total length of 84 cm, this model falls within an all-round size category. The folding stock allows the overall size to be reduced, which is relevant for players who frequent venues with limited space. The manufacturer explicitly identifies CQB scenarios as an intended use case. The weight of 2.97 kg is relatively neutral for this type of replica.
