This Picatinny riser mount from Vector Optics raises your optic 12 mm above the standard rail height. Useful when you want to bring a red dot sight, magnifier, or night vision device to a more comfortable eye-to-optic alignment, or when you want to achieve co-witness with flip-up sights. The riser features a see-through profile, a length of 40 mm, and offers 3 Picatinny slots on top for mounting your accessory.

Technical specifications

This riser is constructed from 6063-T6 aluminium with a matte black finish. The weight is kept to just 34 grams, adding minimal extra mass to your mounting rail. The height measures 12 mm (0.5 inch) and attachment is achieved via a Picatinny clamping system with an Allen bolt. Compatible with any standard Picatinny rail, regardless of platform.

Application during skirmishes

During skirmishes, this riser allows you to position your red dot sight or holographic sight at the correct height, particularly in combination with a helmet, gas mask, or goggles. In CQB scenarios, a higher sight line makes quick aiming easier, while at longer engagements you achieve a more natural head position.
