Sidewinder Compact II Hands-Free Helmet Light

This helmet light offers four different light functions: white light, red light, blue light and IR. With the rotating design, you can direct the light beam 360 degrees without having to remove your helmet. The light runs on a CR123A or AA battery, making it compatible with what you probably already have in your loadout.

Technical specifications

This helmet light is made from nylon and weighs very little, making it barely noticeable on your helmet. The light has four brightness levels: 100%, 45%, 25% and 10%. Thanks to the multiple mounting options, you can attach the light to different helmet types, rails or with the included strap. The compact size makes it possible to combine the light with other helmet-mounted accessories such as night vision devices or cameras.

Application during night skirmishes

During night skirmishes, you switch between the different light modes depending on the situation. You use the red light for map reading without disrupting your night vision. The IR light is only visible with night vision devices, useful for communication with your team. You use the white light for building clearing or when you need to search quickly. The rotating head means you always have light where you look, without using your hands.

Who is this helmet light suitable for?

This light is intended for airsofters who regularly play night skirmishes and want to keep both hands free. It is also a practical solution for outdoor sports enthusiasts, preppers and emergency responders who need hands-free lighting. The IR function makes it specifically interesting for players with night vision devices or teams who want to operate covertly. Thanks to the battery flexibility, it fits into any kit without having to carry special batteries.
