Stiletto Model Pocket Knife HAL – Classic design for everyday use

The HAL Stiletto model pocket knife combines a timeless design with practical functionality. This compact folding knife is ideal for daily cutting tasks and collectors who value traditional styling. With its droppoint blade shape and 420 stainless steel blade of 8 cm, this is a reliable companion for EDC use.

Experience from the Shogun team

During a weekend trip, we thoroughly tested this stiletto pocket knife. We noticed how smoothly the backlock operates, although opening it with the nail nick takes some getting used to. The balance feels good despite the light weight of only 60 grams.

Performance and sharpness of this pocket knife

The droppoint blade made of 420 steel is razor-sharp straight out of the box. This steel retains its sharpness reasonably well and is easy to resharpen – perfect for beginners. The plain-edge cutting edge slices effortlessly through rope, cardboard and food. The stainless steel requires little maintenance.

Grip and ease of use

The black Micarta handle provides an ergonomic grip that does not become slippery even when wet. The backlock locking mechanism clicks securely into place for safe use. The opening mechanism with nail nick requires two hands – this knife cannot be opened one-handed.

Who is this pocket knife suitable for?

This stiletto model pocket knife is perfect for collectors who appreciate classic designs and EDC users looking for a compact knife for light tasks. For intensive outdoor activities or those who want one-handed operation, we recommend a different model.

Maintenance and durability

The 420 steel requires little maintenance thanks to its corrosion-resistant properties. We recommend wiping the knife clean after use and applying a drop of oil to the hinge monthly. The plain-edge cutting edge is easy to sharpen with a standard sharpening stone.
