TATSU 1/2 UNF | Moderator | DonnyFL | 5.5mm – Airgun Moderator

This moderator is a sound-reducing accessory for air rifles that reduces the shooting noise. The TATSU is characterised by a compact design with a length of 11 cm and a weight of 116 grams. The mono-core interior is specially designed for airguns.

Technical specifications

This moderator is made of aluminium and weighs 116 grams. Installation is via 1/2 UNF with a threaded connection. This model is suitable for air rifles in 4.5 mm / .177 and 5.5 mm / .22. We recommend choosing a moderator that is suitable for at least one calibre larger than the one you are shooting with. This prevents contact between the pellet and the interior wall of the moderator, which could cause damage or deviation.

Application during recreational shooting

This moderator is intended for applications such as target shooting and recreational shooting at the range. Are you using a rifle scope? Make sure to re-zero your scope with the moderator mounted. A scope that has been zeroed without a moderator will generally deviate when you use one.
