With this AutoLive® Battery Cap, you give your existing optic a handy upgrade: a battery cap with a built-in motion sensor that automatically activates the illumination as soon as you pick up your setup. No more unnecessary battery drain and always a clear reticle ready when you need it.

What we think of this optic mount

We were pleasantly surprised by how simple this upgrade is. You simply replace the standard battery cap of your rifle scope and that's it – no hassle with tools or settings. What stood out to us most is the low profile design: the cap adds barely any volume and is hardly noticeable. The motion detection responds reliably and ensures your illumination lasts noticeably longer than you're used to. A small component with a significant effect.

Technology and optical performance

The heart of this cap is the integrated AutoLive motion sensor, which activates the illumination of your optic instantly as soon as movement is detected. This considerably extends your battery life, while still giving you an 'always-ready' feeling. Particularly useful if you have an optic with a short battery life or if you want to keep the system on standby without draining the battery.

Mounting and compatibility

This optic mount is not a separate rail attachment, but a replacement battery cap that fits directly onto a number of popular rifle scopes. Specifically, it is compatible with the Primary Arms SLx 1-8×24 FFP, SLx 1-10×28 SFP, SLx 1-6×24 SFP Gen III and IV, SLx 1-6×24 FFP, the Sig Optics Tango6® MSR 1-6x24mm, and the Vortex Strike Eagle® 1-6 and 1-8 SFP models, among others.

Please note: compatibility with optics from other brands may change. Always verify that your specific model is on the list before ordering. You simply replace the existing cap – no additional tools required.
