Burst Discs | Standard Paintball 3/8 UNF Thread Form | 4.5k | BF

X Burst Discs – Essential safety component for paintball tanks

The X Burst Discs with standard 3/8 UNF thread are designed as a safety feature for paintball tanks. These burst discs function as a controlled breaking point that protects the tank against dangerous overpressure. With a pressure rating of 4.5k PSI (4500 PSI), they are suitable for high-pressure paintball tanks that must deliver maximum performance during intensive use.

Technical characteristics and application

These burst discs are fitted with a standard 3/8 UNF thread, which ensures compatibility with most paintball tanks on the market. The 4.5k pressure rating means that the disc fails at a pressure of 4500 PSI, thereby preventing damage to the tank and dangerous situations. Installation is straightforward: unscrew the old disc and replace it with a new one. This maintenance is essential for ensuring safety during play.

Who is this burst disc suitable for?

The X Burst Discs are developed for paintball players who use high-pressure tanks up to 4500 PSI. Both recreational players and competitive players who regularly use their equipment benefit from this safety component. It is particularly relevant for players who frequently fill their tanks and use them intensively, where the risk of pressure build-up is greater. By replacing the burst disc in time, the equipment remains safe and reliable.
