Rainbow Flower | Femme Fatale – Stylish pocket knife for everyday use
This elegant pocket knife from Femme Fatale combines a striking rainbow titanium coating with practical functionality. Featuring a droppoint blade of 7.62 cm and spring-assisted opening, this knife is perfect for EDC use. The 3Cr13 steel offers a good balance between affordability and performance.
Experience from the Shogun team
During our city tests, the fast opening mechanism immediately stood out. The linerlock locking system works reliably, even when wearing gloves. With intensive use, we noticed that the titanium coating can show minor scratches, but this does not affect functionality.
Performance and sharpness of this pocket knife
The 3Cr13 steel is an entry-level steel that is supplied razor-sharp. It cuts effortlessly through rope, cardboard, and food. The plain-edge cutting edge with droppoint shape makes it versatile. However, this steel requires more frequent maintenance than premium steels – expect to sharpen it weekly with daily use.
Grip and ease of use
Weighing 158 grams, this knife sits comfortably in the hand. The one-handed opening system operates smoothly thanks to the spring-assisted mechanism. The linerlock clicks securely into place. The metal handle provides good grip, although it can feel a bit slippery in wet conditions.
Who is this pocket knife suitable for?
Perfect for beginners looking for an affordable EDC knife with style. Collectors will also appreciate the unique rainbow finish. For intensive outdoor use or heavy-duty tasks, we recommend a knife with harder steel, but for daily tasks in the city, this knife is an excellent choice.
Maintenance and durability
The 3Cr13 steel is reasonably rust-resistant but requires regular attention. Dry the knife after use, oil the hinge monthly, and sharpen when necessary. The titanium coating provides extra protection for the blade. The sturdy pocket clip keeps the knife securely in place during transport.
