Experience & handling – 416 Carbine 10.5" with Aster II Bluetooth®

With a length of 79 cm, this is an all-round size that works well both indoors and outdoors. The weight of 3.23 kg feels solid; you have sturdiness in your hands, but this does require some getting used to during longer sessions. The barrel length of 270 mm ensures a compact front end, whilst the adjustable stock can be quickly adjusted to fit. Thanks to the M-LOK and Picatinny rails, you can easily mount optics, a foregrip or a torch. As an AEG, this model primarily requires regular cleaning and battery maintenance, but you do gain practical playing time per charge. Bear in mind that the weight becomes noticeable after a few hours, especially if you move around a lot.

What makes the 416 Carbine 10.5" with Aster II Bluetooth® special?

The combination of the M4/AR15 platform with HK416 features gives this replica a recognisable appearance. The Nano Coating finish on polymer and metal increases scratch resistance, whilst the brushless Dark Matter motor with 27,000 RPM ensures efficiency and trigger response. The AETHER gearbox with CNC steel 16:1 gears and the Gate Aster II Bluetooth® processor with functions such as precocking, binary trigger and DMR mode make this an upgrade-ready platform without having to tinker yourself. The 6.02 mm precision barrel with Helium Flat-Hop bucking in the MAGNUS hop-up chamber with TDC system also stands out.

Technology & performance – 416 Carbine 10.5" with Aster II Bluetooth®

The firing modes are semi-automatic and automatic, but thanks to the Aster II you can also set binary and precocking. The magazine capacity is 125 BBs via the included S-Mag mid-caps. The battery connector is Deans, and you can use 7.4V or 11.1V LiPo batteries (Crane, Buffer stick or Nunchuk type). The hop-up, stock and front and rear sight are all three adjustable. The barrel thread has 14 mm CCW for mounting a suppressor. The top mounting rail is Weaver/Picatinny, and the mounting rails are M-LOK and Picatinny. With AEGs, it is wise to clean the barrel and hop-up regularly and never leave the battery connected during storage. View all details in the 'specifications' tab.
