Our experience from the Shogun team
In our tests, these Center Punch pellets performed impressively consistently. The heavy 25.3 grain weight ensures a stable trajectory, even under changing weather conditions. At 75 metres, they maintain their grouping excellently, making them ideal for precision shooting at medium to long ranges. The domed shape contributes to a predictable trajectory without unexpected deviations.
Technical features in practice
With a 5.5mm calibre and 25.3 grain weight, these pellets belong to the heavier category within their class. The domed pellet shape optimises aerodynamics for stable flight characteristics over longer distances. The weight of 25.3 grain results in high energy transfer on impact, while the round nose ensures reliable feeding in virtually any airgun magazine. The packaging contains 350 pieces, sufficient for several days of shooting without frequent reordering.
Who are these air rifle pellets suitable for?
These AEA Center Punch pellets are perfect for shooters with powerful PCP air rifles who value precision at medium to long distances. Thanks to the heavy projectile weight, they perform best in systems from 40 Joules upwards. Precision enthusiasts who want to achieve consistent results at 75-100 metres will find these pellets a reliable partner. Testing different grain weights remains valuable for optimal tuning to your specific air rifle – a chronograph helps to accurately monitor the energy output.
