Our experience with the Airacuda Max
Right from picking it up, this PCP air rifle feels familiar. With a weight of 3.6 kg, it's perfectly balanced - heavy enough for stability, but not tiring during longer shooting sessions. The adjustable cheek piece is a clever addition that ensures you're always comfortably positioned behind your sight. The ergonomic grip with thumbhole provides a natural stance that noticeably improves your precision.
Technology, performance and variants
The Airacuda Max operates with PCP technology at a maximum fill pressure of 220 bar. The internal regulator ensures approximately 30 consistent shots at full power. With a barrel length of 457mm, 10-shot magazine and suitable for both left- and right-handed shooters, these are the general characteristics of all variants. This model is available in caliber 5.5mm (40 Joule), 6.35mm (61 Joule) and 7.62mm. Use and operation
The side-lever cocking system of this air rifle works smoothly and quietly. The adjustable single-action trigger has a pleasant, predictable adjustment that you can customise to your preference. For your safety, there is a manual safety catch present. On the 22mm Weaver rail you can effortlessly mount your favourite rifle scope, and the magazine can be changed quickly and easily.
