Mod 25 SuperCharger QE | air pistol | Hatsan

The Hatsan Mod 25 SuperCharger QE is a robust break-barrel air pistol that distinguishes itself through its impressive power. This air pistol is designed for recreational shooting at distances between 10 and 25 metres. The most striking feature is the QE (Quiet Energy) barrel with integrated moderator, which significantly reduces the sound during shooting – perfect for use where noise disturbance must be avoided.

Our experience with this air pistol

The Shogun team was immediately impressed by the solid construction of this powerful air pistol. With a weight of 1.6 kg it feels substantial without becoming too heavy during longer shooting sessions. The polymer-metal construction gives a professional appearance and the ergonomically shaped pistol grip with finger grooves sits excellently in the hand. Hatsan's XRS recoil reduction system does its job well – the recoil is noticeably dampened.

Technology, performance and variants

This break-barrel system works on the basis of spring power and delivers consistent performance. The air-powered weapon has a total length of 475mm with a barrel length of 184mm. The 11mm dovetail mounting rail offers possibilities for mounting a rifle scope. This model is available in calibre 4.5mm and 5.5mm, both with a maximum power of 10 joule. The difference in calibre gives the shooter a choice between higher velocity with the 4.5mm variant or more impact with the 5.5mm variant. Curious about all the technical details? Use and operation

Loading this air pistol is simple by breaking the barrel downwards, placing a pellet and closing the barrel again. The single action trigger gives a predictable firing cycle. The safety catch is easily accessible and works intuitively. Thanks to the adjustable front sight and rear sight you can perfectly adjust the iron sight to your personal preference and shooting distance. The single-shot system ensures conscious and controlled shooting.

Who is this air pistol intended for?

The Mod 25 SuperCharger QE is ideal for shooters who want to go a step further than an entry-level model. With its 10 joule power it is suitable for serious target shooting where precision and consistency are important. Both left- and right-handed shooters can work comfortably with it thanks to the ambidextrous design. The choice between 4.5mm for higher precision at shorter distances or 5.5mm for more impact makes it versatile in use.
