We found that a chronograph is highly valuable for getting a clear picture of the energy output, so you can determine whether your air rifle delivers sufficient power to stabilise 35 grain effectively. Testing different grain weights within the same caliber is also worthwhile, as every barrel responds slightly differently to weight and shape.
